Role:

WTI is building a team of strong data-focused engineers to lead the USAF effort to implement unclassified, secret and top secret networks. This team will be on the front lines of the USAF’s effort to modernize current data programs with the task of implementing data and system interoperability processes, identifying gaps in the current architecture and providing recommendations for solutioning to address gaps.

Role Responsibilities:

The Business Process Developer is practiced in methods to discover, model, analyze, measure, improve and optimize processes aligning to the stated mission outcomes. They will be responsible for documenting current process flows via diagrams, list of rules and procedures.  They will develop new or improved process flows to correct mission outcome shortfalls and better integrate separate process flows to achieve a more orchestrated effect in the enterprise. They will assist process owners in clarifying and developing implementation steps for optimizing any changes required to achieve the desired process outcomes. They will advise on developing enterprise-level design guidance, standards and policies.

They must be able to translate complex subjects into actionable recommendations for teams and stakeholders while also  producing reports, graphics, give presentations, perform SME representation in various forums, conduct customer outreach and data architecture related education. They must be able to work as a team member addressing complex architectures and/or strategy-to-architecture efforts. They should hold one or more related certifications, inclusive but not exclusive to: Six Sigma Belts, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), etc.

Position requires the following qualifications:

• Active TS/SCI
• 5+ years of experience of Data Science experience and a Master’s Degree in a relevant field; or 10+ years of experience and a Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field
• Able to travel to Hampton, VA as requested by the customer. At this time this role is hybrid, however, there is the possibility this will be required to be more on-site in the future.
• Expertise with data architecture modeling (UML, Cameo, etc.)
• Expertise in Business Analysis
• Expertise in process automation (documentation, implementation and maintenance)
• Should hold one or more related certifications, inclusive but not exclusive to: Six Sigma Belts, Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP), Certification of Competency of Business Analysis (CCBA), etc.
