Chief Data Officer

Denise Ferniza serves as WTI’s Chief Data Officer and member of the executive management team. Denise brings more than 20 years of data management. She provides senior expertise on the utilization and governance of data across the organization, ensuring data accuracy, transparency, and value creation.

Rachel is a seasoned executive with extensive experience conceptualizing, analyzing, and executing strategic growth initiatives. She is responsible for directing all new business development plans and capture efforts, managing a robust growth pipeline, and establishing strategic partnerships with key development stakeholders. Her strong analytical skills, proven communication capabilities, excellent leadership abilities, and a deep understanding of the proposal development process allow Rachel to build upon WTI’s strong foundation and unlock new opportunities as well as achieve continued success.

Chief People Officer

Danielle Parker is WTI’s Chief People Officer and member of the executive management team. Bringing more than 15 years of HR experience, she is instrumental in creating an environment where WTI team members can thrive and ensures we have best-in-class talent to solve our clients’ evolving needs.

Controller

Janet Rowland serves as WTI’s Controller and is a member of the executive management team. She has extensive experience with financial functions and records. She has been with WTI for 10 years and could also be called the company’s financial historian.

He was named by Thompson Reuters as a “Top 50 Global Influencer in Risk, Compliance,” and by IFSEC as the “#2 Global Cybersecurity Influencer.” He is Chairman of CompTIA’s New and Emerging Technology Committee.

With over 20 years of experience Mr. Singh is a Transformational Leader, driving digital transformations and IT Governance. Previously served as Chief Technology Officer for Anchor Loans and Managing Director at Deloitte. His expertise guides our strategic technical roadmap and technology offerings in a dynamically-evolving, highly competitive environment.

Senior Medical Advisor

Subject matter expert and educator in high reliability healthcare organizations, having worked under Defense Health Agency (DHA) and now serving as Senior Advisor on training and collaborative learning and policy.

Senior Advisor

A distinguished retired military officer who served as a Chief Warrant Officer Five (CW5) Green Beret and Senior Executive for the United States Special Operations Command (USSOCOM) within the Department of Defense. Mr. Moritz has over 30-plus years of military and government contract acquisition experience. As a senior advisor he offers valuable national security and government business solution services.

Senior Advisor

Dr. Demitry retired from the U.S. Air Force after 28 years on active duty. Pete Demitry, Col (r) piloted over 37 different types of jet aircraft logging over 2,300 fighter and flight test hours. He later served as the Assistant Air Force Surgeon General and brings extensive expertise in DoD and VA clinical and business processes. His multi-discipline and technical skills facilitate integration of the basic sciences in operational and test environments.
