In September, 2014, WTI was awarded a contract by the Headquarters United States Air Force (HAF) for the support, coordination and associated operations in support of the  Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance  (ISR) Innovation Initiatives.  WTI personnel are providing user case and operations analysis, innovative integration approaches,  and specialized process re-engineering and transformation expertise  in support of the agency’s mission to synchronize and integrate the planning and operations of sensors, assets, processing, exploitation, and dissemination systems in direct support of current and future operations throughout air, space and cyberspace.

Since its formation under the National Security Act of 1947, the U.S. Air Force –the most recent branch of the U.S. military to be formed—is the largest and one of the world’s most technologically advanced air forces. The U.S. Air Force has a vision of Global Vigilance, Reach and Power which centers around three core competencies: developing Airmen, technology to war fighting and integrating operation.

Contract Award – Naval Postgraduate School

WTI was awarded a contract by the Naval Postgraduate School (NPS) to support the Analysis Capability Working Group (ACWG) with Financial Business Processes Research Support. Our personnel are using the results of sample data to assist with the evaluation of the Doctrine, Operational, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel, and Facility (DOTMLPF) requirements to identify the methodology and framework needed to establish a Program of Record (POR) and related Program Objective Memorandum (POM) requirements.

For more than a century, the Naval Postgraduate School has provided advanced education to U. S. naval officers. The NPS mission is to provide pertinent, unparalleled education and research programs to heighten the combat effectiveness of commissioned officers of the Naval Service to enhance the security of the United States.

In April of 2015, Digital MindTrust (JV) won its first contract for financial service support at the U.S. Patent and Trade Office (USPTO) Office of Finance. The U.S. Patent and Trademark Office protects new ideas and investments in innovation and creativity and is at the cutting edge of the nation’s technological progress and achievement. The USPTO Office of Finance is responsible for coordinating and providing administrative oversight of the financial activities. The USPTO Office of Financial Management Systems is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the USPTO financial and travel systems.
