WTI is pleased to announce that we have recently been awarded a prime position on the awarded Department of Defense (DOD) Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC) Data Readiness for Artificial Intelligence Development (DRAID) Services Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to accelerate AI adoption across the Defense Department. The five-year, multi-award contract has a $241M ceiling.

The Department of Defense (DoD) Joint Artificial Intelligence Center (JAIC) was established in 2018 to be the focal point of the DoD Artificial Intelligence (AI) Strategy to accelerate scaling AI and its impact across the Department. Working closely with the Services, Combatant Commands, and other Components, JAIC helps identify appropriate use cases for AI across DoD, develops capabilities, and scales impact across our enterprise with the goal of transforming the DoD through AI.

Capabilities and services to be procured under this BOA include:

· Project and Program Management

· Data Science

· Data Engineering

· Data Architecture

· Data Acquisition and Curation

· Data Quality and Analysis

· Synthetic Data Generation and Data Anonymization

· Software Development, Modification, and Configuration

· Enterprise Information Management and Governance

Webworld Technologies, Inc. dba WTI has recently been awarded a prime position on the awarded DHA OMNIBUS IV Military Medical Research and Development Contract. This is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity (IDIQ), multiple-award contract, with a potential total value of $10 billion.

The Department of Defense has an on-going need for discovery and integration of innovative medical knowledge and material solutions to continually enhance Force health readiness, resilience and rehabilitation. OMNIBUS IV is designed to enhance the related medical research and development programs of the Department of Defense. The OMNIBUS IV requirement provides for a broad range of health-related research and development and support services that are separated into four Market Segments:

  1. Research and Development (R&D)
  2. R&D Support Services
  3. Regulatory Processes
  4. Translational Science Support and Services

WTI is extremely delighted to share the news that we have been awarded three pools on the much anticipated and massive GSA ASTRO full and open contract vehicle. WTI was awarded the Data Operations Pool, Mission Operations Pool, and Support Pool.

Fairfax, VA – WTI is pleased to announce it was awarded the Army Virtual Learning Environment (AVLE) contract for Training and Education (T&E) products and services in support of the Department of the Army.  WTI is proud to have the opportunity to support the Army’s mission to drive a new paradigm in distributed learning in a virtual learning environment, and to help drive innovation in the way the Army develops and delivers T&E products to the total force.

Under this new contract, WTI will have the opportunity to design, develop, and deliver an extensive range of distributed learning T&E products to include Interactive Multimedia Instruction, Digital Learning Content Objects, Analysis Products, Gaming, 3D Modeling and Simulations, Augmented and Virtual Reality, and Instructional Multimedia employing innovative instructional strategies and methodologies.

In August of 2015, WTI was engaged to provide Digital Media Support services to the Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG). Under this contract, WTI is responsible for researching, designing, developing, implementing and supporting digital media analytics efforts that support BBG media entities and language service divisions. WTI’s primary role is to support the Research & Analytics team with digital media subject matter expertise.

Broadcasting Board of Governors is both the name of the independent federal agency that oversees all U.S. civilian international media and the name of the board that governs those broadcasts. BBG’s mission is to inform, engage and connect people around the world in support of freedom and democracy.

WTI, managing partner of DigitalMindTrust, an 8(a) Joint Venture (JV), is pleased to announce that in August of 2015, the JV was awarded a contract to provide “CoastWatch/Ocean Watch Program Science Support” to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration’s (NOAA) Center for Satellite Applications and Research (STAR) , Satellite Oceanography and Climatology Division (SOCD).

Under this contract, the JV will provide program science support activities to STAR SOCD and enhance present capabilities with respect to ongoing improvements in the scientific development and utilization of improved, new and emerging data and products. WTI’s primary role is to provide senior scientific subject matter expertise and program management support.

The Center for Satellite Applications and Research (STAR) is the science arm of the NOAA Satellite and Information Service (NESDIS), which acquires and manages the nation’s operational Earth-observing satellites. The STAR center plans, coordinates, and conducts research and science development activities with NOAA, as well as NESDIS and other Government agencies, universities and international groups. Within STAR, the Satellite Oceanography and Climatology Division (SOCD) provides the primary research and science development support for oceanic remote sensing within NOAA. STAR’s mission is to accelerate the transfer of satellite observations of land, atmosphere, ocean, and climate from scientific research and development into routine operations, enabling NOAA to offer state-of-the-art data, products, and services to decision-makers.
