Army Virtual Learning Environment (AVLE) IDIQ
Army Virtual Learning Environment (AVLE) is a Multiple Award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (MAIDIQ) contract vehicle for U.S. Army training and education distributed learning. WTI is one of six Prime contractors qualifying as Small Business, 8(a) set-aside business accepted to execute the mission of the Directorate of Distributed Learning, Army University (DDL). WTI and the other Prime contractors were selected for expertise in the areas of modeling, simulations, gaming, and high quality education products.

Contract Description
WTI is part of an effort to develop high quality, innovative Training and Education (T&E) products for The Army Distributed Learning Program (TADLP). Contractors will be required to design, develop, and deliver an extensive range of distributed learning T&E products that engage all the senses, including:
- Interactive Multimedia Instruction
- Digital Learning Content Objects
- Analysis Products
- Gaming
- 3D Modeling and Simulations
- Augmented and Virtual Reality
Contractors will employ innovative instructional strategies and methodologies emphasizing constructivist learning environments, active learning, and situated learning to support higher cognitive learning.
