The Broadcasting Board of Governors (BBG) is an independent, autonomous entity responsible for all US government and government sponsored, non-military, international broadcasting. The Office of Digital and Design Innovation (ODDI) within BBG create working prototypes, demonstrations and innovative mobile applications for their diverse group of internal and external customers. ODDI sought partners to assist them in achieving their goals requiring a range of technical skills to create, modify, implement and maintain custom applications. This resulted in a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a multi-award, indefinite delivery – indefinite quantity (IDIQ) procurement.

WTI partnered with Moo Media, an interactive development company, and Technical Management Resources (TMR), who provides high-level support for database administration and network & systems administration, as subcontractors for this effort. The WTI Team was awarded a five-year contract for the nine functional areas listed in the procurement in August 2012. As the Prime, WTI will provide technical expertise and resources as well as a seamless management approach to BBG, bringing the best talent available to support their application development needs for all nine Task Areas. WTI is a proud partner and prime contractor of BBG on their Application Integration IDIQ providing expert resources in Front End Development, WordPress content management, Drupal, PHP, JAVA, Database Administration, Information Architecture, Network & Systems Administration, and Quality Assurance.
